Teva Pharmaceuticals has significant debt levels of over $35 billion at the moment.

They have recently appointed a new CEO Kare Shultz (first non-jew)
They are in the midst of reducing debt to a more manageable level and are taking drastic measures by reducing their workforce by 14% (7,000 people) and selling non core assets.
This is more about Teva than it is about MSB.
Question is who bought their stake?
