I had been wondering the same. It also could be because when the hight death rates occurred they more related to the Age Care higher risk. Hope to find out of course. The list isn't reflective of hostipal cases, or on ventilators?
I had actually sent emails to the Health minister prior as why they were using treatment that did not work for those on ventilors. (they were just flowing the US Gov and pharmas).. and they should talk at MSB and give the treatment on compasionate ground at least. .. i doubt if i had any influence. one email or two email... not going to do much being sent to a general in box.
