I have been seeing mixed reports about this generic drug as a possible treatment. But going back many months it does not appear to mentioned in MSB threads at all. Is it a potential alternative/competitor?

(the 2nd results seem to be easier to understand and show some efficacy compared with placebo - but probably need to be compared with SOC).

Note this treatment seems to be for poorer countries where something like MSC's will not be available due to cost.

(although he has a 'conspiracy' feel about his style). If he is a quack then I would like to know.

does anyone have any insights if this might end up getting support?

I will assume it is about as effective as most of the other treatments that have been rejected or fallen short so far. So I will assume continuing silence to be a rejection of this as a competitor and if people comment they will have some analysis / evidence to show that it may work (and in what circumstances). That way we don't clutter up this thread with name calling and mud throwing and instead offer useful info. (i know, that is a crazy idea!)
