I'm assuming when you stump up the dough and present for for the treatment you're also paying for 'them', or do they come as an extra, another SI slight of hand. Anyway, the fact is you can't, however you want to pay for/access/beg/steal, whatever you want to call it. So you're right, it's a problem, my poor old ex-digger mate will have to keep on suffering.
