Question is 'why?'

You could start with morbid sensationalism - say, journos would rather a highway tragedy that killed two families & blocked a highway than a drug that saved the lives of thousands. It hits closer to where people live.

Then you could add the trainwreck - its so much more pleasing to show people a company that had tickets on itself & fell back to earth, like ordinary human beings. So readers can think piously, thank goodness I dodged that bullet. Again, it makes their lives so much more bearable.

Then, of course, you get the Motley ticket-clippers - who'll regurgitate pontifically & half-baked without analysis or genuine research, just to spruik & sell their own bag of snakes on the side.

It's hard to find press - other than scientific or professional journals - that can comprehend, much less appreciate, the sheer effort it takes to get up of a morning & make things happen on the scale of MSB's aspirations.

I guess we're lucky & frustrated in equal measure.
