As frustrating as some may find this, we may never know ... ... here's just a couple of reasons why we may not find out anything:

1/. The shares were sold to more than one new entity by CS so the split could have been 3.08% each, or like MNK someone may have bought 4.99% to stay under the radar and the remainder was bought by someone else (new holder) so neither party would need to lodge SH notice; or

2/. The shares were sold to one entity who has sold (albeit stupidly at a loss) 1.17% or 5,517,060 shares since Wednesday so again no notice would need to be submitted.

Again ... I doubt the latter example would have transpired, but if we don't see a notice today (even after hours) then we can assume whoever the mystery buyer(s) is / are wanting to keep it that way......just like MNK
