If there was any truth to your posts, then MSB through SI has just handed the ambulance chasers some ammunition in relation to the CA's in his recent public media comments .... you would be hard pressed to walk back these comments below without repercussions and honestly I don't think SI or the Executive team at Mesoblast are that stupid, do you ?

......I would also add what I have said previously in relation to public comments and scope for comments in CC's - the PI insurer for MSB would have a big say in what can and can't be said while these ambulance chasers are loitering in the background; going against their 'advice' could render the PI cover to be reduced, or void or cancelled and put the whole company on notice and at risk - can you really see any of the MSB Executives doing that ?
