Golly Gosh! Yes, I read your link to the Class Case 20-CV-8430. IMO and agree the media has turned this into a storm in a teacup. Its a drop in the bucket 'IF' granted by United States Judge Philip Halpern. However, if it is granted, it would set a precedent and every 'speculator' would clog up the courts with claims.
