In Australia our Government has stated that if you are infected with Coronavirus you should wait up to 6 months before getting vaccinated. That means isolation and no socialising and no working for the vast majority of people. Basically, if you don't die of the disease, you will die of starvation and/or mental illness.

Advice for people with a history of COVID-19

If you have ever had COVID-19 in the past, tell your immunisation provider. Your provider may advise to wait for up to 6 months after recovery before having a COVID-19 vaccine. If you have ongoing illness from COVID-19, discuss the best timing of vaccination with your treating doctor. Either COVID-19 vaccine brand can be used in people with a past history of COVID-19

IMO, Science took a back seat to politics in this matter a long time ago, globally. I'm convinced our Australian Politicians are completely clueless and understand very little of what is real and what is not. Reality is not high on the priority list. Control is No. 1 - at any cost.
