Also, interestingly the adult GVHD trial is not an RCT - so why would the FDA agree to this trial design? Is there a requirement for an RCT or not?
Mesoblast should be many times bitten & very shy with single-arm trials - so what has been agreed with the FDA on pathway to approval for adult GVHD?
