That's the 2nd big player cashing up to invest in opportunities other than than themselves.....
MSB in a take over bidding war or bidding for multiple partnerships with MSB... Maybe Pfizer wants to partner given they are not freeing up enough for more than that.
No doubt lots of board room discussions centre on getting into the MSB action one way or another.
