    I have to support what Redgum has said here. The big thing that Forrest Gump has done, and which distinguishes him from most posters, is that he has been prepared to nail his colours to the mast, and to set out the reasons why he has done so. No wild statements, no abuse of anyone who thinks differently, just simple logic, with a model supplied, and an open invitation to anyone to try out the effect of changing his assumptions.

    Sounds fair to me.
