The term sheet clearly states:
1. The first order is fully committed "SOLD"
2. Cellmid is in negotiations with State and Federal Governments amongst others
3. Is anyone here suggesting Maria Halasz and Stephen Silver have misled investors who have just stumped up $5,000,000?
Based on delivering point 1. and 2. Cellmid is a +$1 stock
Fyi, the ASX (shareholders and the market) are yet to be informed about Point 1. and 2.
