All I can think is there is something big on the horizon and she cant yet announce due to other factors.

Otherwise surely she would have given an announcement on the initial shipment which she has confirmed was sold (as in what numbers etc).

Merely my thoughts but isn't parliament meeting today?
Could it be CDY is involved in something much larger than merely a purchase of test kits? Something like that which has been discussed in other countries....an antibody passport type to get out of isolation thing that needs to be legislated to be enforced?

Just a thought....cant see another reason why something wouldn't have been announced otherwise.
