The (withdrawn) resolution you are referring to reads;

"The Board confirms that the vesting of the Performance Rights (and hence the issue of shares) is subject to the commitment of a third party to a new product licence by 31 December 2018 and further, subject to the share price of the Company achieving a 5 day volume weighted average price of $0.10 or more."

10c is a milestone. There is nothing in that language that would preclude the share-price exceeding 10c.

I really don't understand why you keep kicking this stock down. Maybe save your grievances for the AGM?
