According to the Experts report we CLA Shareholders should be celebrating having passed one of the vesting stages of the MCB deal being the extension of the MCB Permit and the issue of the 100 million shares to the vendors.

I must have missed something ?? Since the onset of the said deal up until now with the price just over 3 cents that significant accretion seems has not happened and makes me realise we are actually seeing the opposite of accretion which is erosion thats for sure whats happened to the share price and the assets.
