I think the cement is dry..
going by the increase in buy pressure today..

We went from 3 1/2 mill avg over the last week to 5 1/2 at one stage today.. got pushed back to .06 quickly after the morning dump.. I still got a felling that the top layer are there to scare people off..Small volume pushing it down..

Wouldn't surprise me if this week we get another announcement..
