    At one time the share price reflected the takeover
    But not now
    Every time the company makes announcement about some thing that will add value to the companies business the share price goes up.
    RIN is now uncoupled from the takover offer. It may as well not exist.
    what we are seeing now is a share price that reflects the companies organic growth
    Cemex is just fading in to the distance.
