Why raise 25M, which probably dilutes even more than he wanted, unless he KNEW something would offset this dilution going forward ?
Is it just a continuation of the partner deal punt or do they have something more concrete in mind ?
BUT
They must de-risk the WHOLE PACKAGE before the concrete is poured and set in that concrete form.
There seems to be more intent in this than meets the eye and if certain de-risk targets are met in the coming months it will almost certainly confirm this hypothesis either way
