I get where kincella is going with this.
This similar scenario happened to a friend of mine who had cancer after giving birth and her unforgiving husband and father of the child left them, just like that. Whilst she forgave him for cheating on her while she was pregnant, I don't know how she copes now with all this emotional and financial struggles. What are women in this scenario suppose to do. My friend is a kind lady with a degree under her belt and worked so hard to have the family she wanted. Now where's the bloke? No one knows. Probably on a boat sipping on some beer having the time of his life. So don't assume women with kids are out to get money.
