I was a Jedi too. However the religious have hijacked the census and Jedi isn't a religion in it's own right. So if you write in a religion (tonge in cheek) other than the listed (Jedi) you will count as a 'religous' person. This gives extra power to religious (Islam, Christains lobby groups to try and muck around with our secular society.
Non-religious for me.
IMO if everyone was honest 98% of Australia is non-religious
