I dare say Jupiter's can put whatever valuation they like on their concerns, but the big question is, will anyone be prepared to pay the asking price.

Judging from the above "news" you posted from the Fin Review, it makes no mention of anyone offering that amount....ergo your original post could be construed as a tad misleading, implying the deed was already done.
