I think Centamin's problems could relate to dealings with the government many years ago. At that time El Raghy senior worked with his brother who I seem to recall was a heavyweight general in the military which largely hated because numerous crooked dealings. Maybe the deal has gone full circle and bitten El Raghy junior on the backside?
