Hi all, Centaurus have taken a 10% position in MSF which currently has a takeover offer from a chinese co. Mitr Phol. They have built this position after the offer was made and the shares have been trading + or- a few cents of the offer price of $4.45. UBS Ag have now taken a 6% position so it looks as if Mitr Phol will have to increase their offer.
Centaurus take strategic positions in undervalued takeovers in order to extract the value and make their $$$.IMO, I would think that Centaurus are looking for a cash offer from Lion or they could be talking to other Co's to make an offer. Either way we have to wait and hold and we will get the increased offer we are looking for.
