I'd expect the CEY share price to start a re-rating process towards the $3 mark. I don't see it happening over night and it could be 1-2 years off but in the mean time we'll be getting quite a nice dividend with the added security that 80% of their production gets sold into fixed contracts. Not bad considering the steaming coal price is sliding.

Share price drivers:

1) Possible take over
2) consistant earnings
3) productivity improvements
4) positive press surrounding latest aquisition.
