'perhaps the kiwi's get assistance from the KIWI welfare system'
kiwis do not get government assistance, when they are over here, only when they are back home!
the point I was making was:
'if kiwis can somehow manage without much welfare here, why can't other immigrants?'
'we do not want to provide a welfare system to all the new comers'
