judging by the number of occasions on the list from the ann' that shares were received and returned I would guess Bank of Norway have made much moolah from shorting BPT this year?
Perhaps all they saw was an opportunity to drive the sp down as they appear to have done in May-June? Then buy back Beach cheap becoming a sub' holder.
