Stolwyk your theory would be fine if any of the countries that you mention had honest monetary systems unfortunately they don't and in the case of some of the asian countries such as china their support of artificially low currency has probably been the main factor that has allowed interest rates in western countries to stay artificially low and the wealth transfer system to flourish. This is by no means a war between countries it is a class war.
