Hi Alonso
You like to dream don't you
I agree that CBs have no real economic purpose as they only follow orders and political requirements IMHO.
Any chance of finding pure economic reasons to take direction from is rather remote as there are so many groups manipulating the system
Our RBA has always been frightened of making moves in a pro-active manner
Most economies are regulated in principal from supply and demand and then they should act carefully in a forward manner to suit what is coming
But S & D is fully rigged to suit whatever political expediency is required
I would like to see these highly skilled economists and statisticians on the staff of the RBA
But are they highly skilled or just reading what happened last year ?
I fail to see how anyone outside of the working business environment can be fully skilled and most bureaucrats live in their own bubble and know next to nothing about the real world
If I was running the RBA I would be spending my time talking to the opposition politicians, business leaders and economic youtubers, in other words anyone except an expert from the public service
