    If a company had to claim they have found Oil/Gas when it is not true they will be held accountable by law for misleading and false claims newspapers should be also. This is extremely damaging to all involved in PEP 11. Loss of potential investors, revenue and public confidence.

    MMR,BUY,BPH should take legal action against the newspaper.
