    asset sales of these sizes are generally on a 'confidential' basis. Reason being is that bids are confidential so noone knows if there is only one or many offers, this encourages all 'potential purchasers' to submit their highest bid.
    It also allows companies to bid without it being 'public information' until the deal is signed... many prefer this esspecially the big players and offshore investors- saves letting everyone know you were interested when your bid does not win as well.

    i doubt they will get more than a $1 per tonne, as they a seperate small sites... even if they only get 50c tonne thats still $100m! which is about 50% of our mkt cap.
