Hanlong have openly stated they wish to develop a mining Hub with MOL being the cornerstone. They have the cash and as mentioned the Chinese have the long term approach to these investments. Long term what better way to gain some power to battle with BHP and RIO.
Kerry Stockes has Chinese bank interests to boot.

I have felt as though I have been shafted by rio before so any jump by another party would suit me fine. If rio appear on the wagon again I will be disappointed. They had there chance already
