No one knows what the Court decision will be and, if JH wins it, the quantum that will be payable to him.
Besides, and don't forget, that every Insurance policy, has a capping on the level of the amount payable should the need arise.

The question herein, then rest with three main issues:

1) Is JH going to win the Court case. And,

2) If so, what is the amount that will be payable to him. And,

3) If he wins will the amount covered by the Insurance policy be sufficient to pay JH.

Then again, none of us knows what the Court (Justice Le Miere), will say in the handing down of his findings. Was it just a slip of the mind from the previous Board members, or was it something that was contemplated long before the event....??

None of us really know!!! As such it is of no use putting the cart in front of the horse, and IMO, only time will tell.
