Although I appreciate everyone’s passion here, if you read the Central Scheme Deed that was signed by our (current) Chairman and attached to the announcement on Friday you will see that the board and senior management (collectively refered to as “Central Persons”) are bound by certain requirements.

On Page 5 the definition of a “Central Prescribed Occurrence” is described, and Article (j) of this definition notes this will be deemed effective if “any Central Group Member ceases, or threatens to cease to carry on the business conducted as at the date of this deed…”.

So RC cannot simply resign, and neither can our current board. I would encourage everyone to READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT and again, consider what you write on this public forum.

I would however encourage all to write in any good ideas directly to the CPSA, just no need to post here on HC.
