Yes they do you must have mist the part about people thats ASX Companies that make statements that they can hide behind and most do it all the time and to say but we all know it was QGC where they after Gas or Coal?
Stop trying to make excuses for companies that hide behind confidentiality agreements the ASX should have the power to ask to see any agreement or retract what has been said would you see that as a way for investors to feel safer in investing I may miss a few ,,?!!?? BUT Im no fool BOY talk about RUBBISH letting all companies get away with this sort of statements is just foolish this is 2010 is it not and we should be able to feel safer.
