    Nazzy, i was doing some landscaping recently in the back yard and had to purchase sand for bedding pavers, it was around $60-$70 m3. So even working on a 10% value allowing for CAPEX this might be a healthy little earner, geez we need something, starting to even think "Central Camel Burgers" has a nice ring to it, LOL!
