I have just spoken to some one in the Oil and Gas industry and who was able to tell me that if the amount of $5 (as net profit) is used i calculating the deal then it is worth approx $20 mil to CTP per annum.
IF that is correct. Then one must ask why do CTP BOD say that it has been factored into the MB valuation offer.
Really ?? well there you go! an extra $20 mil net profit will not affect the share price.
