    Oppies have been trading about 40% of heads, which is quite consistent. With the SPP at 5.5, you can see why CTPO is lingering around 2.2c (only if 5.5c holds).

    There are also some concern that the strike price of 16c may never be reached with over 1.1 billion shares outstanding undiluted and more CRs to come until 2014.
