to your knowledge, since they acquired Dia, why they keep worrying about shareholding structure and dilution?
as to the share price, my modest opinion is it hasn't reached the stage of panic and emotional selling yet.
as of last annual report, ADO still has over 1500 registered shareholders, I wonder what's the number now.
