Centrelink call centres to be outsourced

To a foreign company called Serco.
I think that is the same Serco that gained a poor reputation when used for other government work.
Dealing over the phone with Centrelink is difficult enough now.
So 1,200 Aussie Centrelink call centre workers are being sacked, to be replaced by who????
Probably Indians or Filipinos who neither spend their wages not pay tax in Australia and don't understand how things work here.
Another government contract designed to bleed Australia dry.
When will this idiocy stop. Why do our politicians sell this country out all the time.
