    If it was an Australian owned company I wouldn't mind so long as all passed the security checks and where all Australian citizens.

    With increasing underemployment and unemployment, I refuse to believe Australian citizen in Australia can not manage a call centre.

    There should be an extraordinary reason for any foreign person to be hired to deliver an Australian government program.

    Perhaps a few people at the most senior levels with previous leadership experience. That should be about it for centrelink.
