Thanks for the heads up. This looks good. The properties are well priced relative to the yield and have long term leases.
I note that 39 properties are for sale many of which will be in the price range of individual property investors.
As you say this will provide cash to repay the debt coming due in June.
Also, I would assume that these are for sale at or near to BV and by comparison shareholders can purchase AEU at a 65% discount to the last NTA figure - ie SP 47c vs. NTA of $1.33.
Austock has/ is managing this situation very well and the strong recent SP in light of the falling market shows that the worst is likely over for AEU.
I'm looking forward tot the steady stream of good news and eventual return of a distribution.
