The Chairman said at the AGM that

"The question of whether the banks will agree to extend their debt agreements with Super LLC needs to be resolved by 15 December,"

The survival of SuperLLC is the issue at hand, not the survival of CER.

CER are now working hard to make themselves independent from CNP. From review of the AGM report, theres alot of forward planning going on. The search for independent directors is an excellent move.

A company teethering on the edge would not be looking forward that far.
