    Went out of my way to shop in Centro Albany today, new centre, only a few years young. Couldn't see any empty premises, Woolworths the anchor, business as usual.

    Small stores may find the next year slow, but people still have to eat, and most of the regional stores have either a Coles or woolies as anchors. All is well.
