im sure none of the banks that have millions in unsecured debt will let $200m wipe out there positions. that would be crazy. If this so called German bank doesnt come to the party we will see another step forward with extra money for sure.

If not maybe Centro will use some of its cash, not all of it though, to pay out some of the $200m or $186m what ever the amount is. Id be happy to my divies go to paying off some debt.
