I think it will be very interesting to see the profit guidance (if they give one) over the next two months. There are a number of developments in the pipeline and as they finish there will be an increase in revenue for Centro.

As they have put on hold any (or most?)new developments for the moment, in a year or two there will be all this finished development and revenue and little new development cost. So there could be a year or two with very good profits ahead (this is of course as long as the recapitalise).
