Totally agree Regimiller, These brokers just act after the market has shown their reaction. If the stock is down they will downgrade it , if stock is going up they will upgrade it. You had seen in the past Maquarie setting target for CNP between 0 and 50 cents. Does that make any sense at all. The fact is at present either you lose everything or gain 10 times. No one knows for sure right now. Time will tell, once extension is granted all these brokers will be rushing to upgrade the stock.
