Hi hightrax, I see you are a person of many talents mate. I worked in real estate for 15 years before I retired and ran a few elders offices to boot - plus I own a few residential and commercial properties. So an expert I am and I couldn't agree more mate. I get sick of hearing all the doom and gloom by people that just don't have an idea. Please keep posting mate and BTW may I ask what did you use to do? You seem to have an intricate knowledge of both the banking and real estate sectors so you have me curious mate.
