    I'm not sure that this is a issue at all. The German bank holding out for almost 200mil was more threatening than this and Centro dealt with that effectively. This is years of legal ramblings and for what, 100 to 150 mil? We all know that when comparing this to the numbers Centro are involved in then at most it is minor matter.
