Personally i see the second article as much better then the first.
This comment from the first article made me a little bit uneasy.
"He's better known as a deal junkie. His main focus will be to restructure Centro and to get it out of its debt problem,"
I am not sure what sort of 'deals' this refers too but at the moment i still think to sit tight for 12mths would be our best option. Capital raising and selling assets unless done very creatively are just going to hurt the investors that they already have, with no short term gain for CER as it has no upcoming debt to be rolled over.
Other then that it is great to see that centro as a whole is getting some news coverage that isnt all doom and gloom
